No clue what to do.

I'm new here. I'm 15 years old, about 5'8-5'9, and weigh 165 pounds. I used to be in great shape, but I quit playing basketball, so I've gained some weight in my stomach and thigh areas. I would like to lose this and become toned. Below are some things I have been doing. What do you guys recommend? Oh, and here is a pic of me currently:


DAILY ROUTINE
-90 pushups (3 sets of 15, day and night)
-running a mile
-biking a few miles
