Sport no carbs near bed, not fun

Sport Fitness
Ive been cutting for 3 weeks and am down 10lbs, up until tonight ive managed to just have a protein shake late night, but im all out of protein powder now and ended up eating fruit loops and bread, a good amount of carbs. This is by far the most frustrating part of dieting for me, im fairly use to a bowl full of brownies or cookies and huge glass of milk for a late night snack, i know its pretty bad but never made me too fat. Anyone have any good suggestions on how to keep this hunger down? I have often found it hard to go to bed these past few weeks without a stomach full of something tasty (the low carb protein shakes i make are horrrrible). Also is chicken an alright thing to have before bed? That fills me up and the chicken breast i make is really lean and no carbs of course. Thanks for any advice on late night snacking.

As for keeping the hunger down I recommend water. Often enough you really can drink the hunger down (because it actually may really be thirst that's mistaken for hunger).. it works fine.
Have you already tried Cottage Cheese? It's a protein source that's perfectly suited for your last meal because it's absorbed pretty slowly, much slower than your protein shake that's digested within an hour. Chicken breast is ok but actually it depends on what you ate during the day, your exercise etc. what you should be eating. Just stay away from the brownies.. no matter how AWESOME brownies are. :D

I personally prefer cottage cheese but only because im always low on proteins by the end of the day, but if its something sweet you crave, try sugar free jello. It really serves no healthy prupose other than tasting good, but it helps curb that late night craving for sweets.

I completely understand where you are coming from. I am a dessert JUNKY. but once you get into your routine after a while, just the thought of eating something so sinful, and throwing away all the previous days efforts, will be motivation enough to stay away from them.
