If you're looking to lose fat, nitrix is an absolutely worthless product for you.

lol and y not? I cant run, only weight train for AGES now, i need this stuff :(
The reviews form buyers tell me good, well not with the nitrix...im off that already :p but the hydroxycut ephedra im really in 4!

No, you just need to eat less if you want to lose some fat. Nearly every truck driver in America is taking ephedra and I have yet to see a ripped one.

but i eat 1060 calories a day, and yes thats 1060 not 1600 but 1060, and i am satying at the same weight, not losing any, so this stuff.........i need it :(

Take your maintenence level of calories and subtract 500 from it, and eat that many calories. I think from getting around `1000 calories your body may be gong into starvation mode and storing everything it can as fat.

That's because you're so far below maintenance that your body is in starvation mode, and is storing as much food as fat as it can, and only devoting a small percentage to daily energy needs.

Of course, I'm assuming you're of average height, and not 1 meter tall. If you are only a meter tall, then 1,060cals sounds right.

500 cals under maintenance is the goal to lose about 1lb of fat per week. Going into a deeper deficit (say 750 cals) works for a small group of people with very slow metabolisms, but after that you initiate starvation in the body, and your weight loss goes to hell, and you feel very tired, and usually get depressed due to hormonal changes. The body is starving so it doesn't want you running around and using up more calories.

OMG! thanx guys so much, especialy what u sed about me being tired and all coz im always tired even when i get alot of sleep and i get grumpy and anoyed easily and even in hot weather i get cold.

Ill give u what my diet is even thogh i eat 6 meals a day...

Oatmeal with milk (big bowl)

Acti-vite (chocolate drink, very low in calories and high in vitamins)

Carrot

2 whole meal bread slices with chicken

Lettuce, steamed broccoli and sometimes mushrooms

For dinner, steamed broccoli, carrot, mashed sweet potato and pumkin. Then usually a whole grilled or BBQ'ed chicken breast.

Yeh so i thought i was eating right but it workes out to be 1060 calories a day...i duno whate else to eat though.

I just checked it then, my maintainance for 5'3, 107.6, light activity level and age 14 is 1730, minus 500 thats 1230, sound about right? anyone have a different answer it will be greatly appreciated :D

But thanx again

and calorie calculators are only gonna give you a startign point. since we're all unique, we'll all have slightly different caloric needs even if we're the same height and build.

So try a few calculators, pick a number and roll with it.

Since you are 14 and still very much a growing boy, you should not worry about cutting calories from your maintenance too much. I'd be eating 1,500 calories a day, riding my bicycle a lot, and doing some light strength training like bench press, hip sled/leg press, pull ups, push ups...in the 10-12 rep range.
Don't screw around with lifting really heavy, or doing one-rep-max's for a couple years. Your bones need to finish growing before you start stressing them with really heavy weights or you could have problems.
