Nitric Oxide for cardio?

Is it a good idea to use a Nitric Oxide product before a cardiovascular activity for more energy? I'm specifically looking at the Muscle Tech naNOx9.

Nah **** that ****, i have used lots of NO products and they are only half decent to begin with and then get crap. just drink lots of water before and maybe some dextrose which is pretty cheep.

I dont like any NO product, to be honest. I personally believe they are all crap. Just my humble opinion, though.

How long have you been training? And, what is your diet in calories and macronutrients?

I do a lot of mountain biking, so I was just wondering if it could give me an edge over others.

No. it will not.

Having your training specifically tailored to your event is the most wise thing to do. And, have your nutrition up to par as well.

In addition, I would seek out the advice of: FlyinFree, g8r80, and Sparrow, on bike training tips. All three have training journals in the Journal section of the forum.
