Hello. My name is Tamara. I am 27 years old. I used to be a regular like four years ago on this forum. That fact alone makes me unmotivated. Though my life has changed immensely since then, my weight has only gone up. I am trying to do this again. I really hope I can do this, this time! I will be starting another journal on here, and hope I can get/give community support. Thanks!
