Hey, everyone. :) I am new to this website and new to forums in general.
I'm gonna be 31 this year and I weigh 82ish KGs, I am really unhappy with my weight and I struggle with a lot of self esteem issues. (I should prolly join another forum for that. xD) anyway, um.. what else? Oh English isn't my first language, so sorry for the badly written post. >.<
And uh, well I wanted to join a forum to look for support and encouragement. Because I don't have much of that in my life atm. This whole thing can be hard sometimes..
Anyway, if you're reading this right now. I hope you're having a good day and I hope this weight loss/fitness journey is easy for us. Also, thank you for reading this far. <3
 
Hi, Missie & welcome to the forum. I think you have come to the right place for support & encouragement. Building self-esteem I think is very important. We need to treat our bodies with the respect they deserve.

Hi Missie and welcome to the forum. Struggling with self esteem is super common around these parts so I think you'll fit right in. Do you have a game plan for your weight loss goal or are you still figuring things out?
 
Hi! Thank you. A bit of both, I'd say... I mean I know wanna try intermittent fasting because it has worked for me in the past and portion control, also I am thinking of including a small 10ish mins workout every day or twice a day if possible. I do want to know more, so I am gonna browse the other posts here and I am terrible at meal planning so i'll look into that too. I am open to any sort of advice though, I'd really appreciate it

I just would love to not fall back into bad habits and depression. Sometimes when I am doing really well and I mess up one day, it's like I am back to square 1. But I have been reading other people's diaries and it feels encouraging to know there's hope, that should help a lot.
