Hi everyone! It took lots of courage to create a profile and post but i need help from you people that want to lose/maintain their weight too!! I've been tryingto diet for over 2 years now but haven't lost any weight but gained a kilo or two. But i couldn't really expect to lose weight when i wasn't eating right and bingeing. I'm a university student and i couldn't help but eat fatty food constantly due to stress and study days. I finally regained control of my food and found a diet that works for me and starting as from tomorrow my weight loss journey begins :D i'm excited to start eating healthy food, feel better about myself and hopefully stop hiding under baggy clothes and not feel conscious on a night out!
However, i need help from you guys to stay motivated and not eat crappy food everytime i feel like i'm not losing any weight.

My dieting includes eating when i am hungry ONLY, eating fruis and vegetables while cutting out chocolate abd biscuits for good and hopefully carbs too! I know that most people say it's bad to do this and a little extreme but i'm an all or nothing type of person so i choose nothing.

I want to lose 10 kg - 62 kg to 52 kg. i've been so unhappy and depressed about the way i look and honestly i want to look in the mirror and be happy!
