You either want something or you don't. If you want to look good, you've got to workout. If one doesn't have the motivation to exercise, I really have to question how bad one wants to lose weight and shape up.

Any time in my life when I really wanted something, I'd do what it takes to accomplish/obtain it.

I apologize if it seems like I'm jumping down your throat. I promise, that's not my intent; to make you feel bad.

I also understand how trying many times and failing on each will lead to a lack of motivation. If that's the case, I hope you are able to figure out from this community where to make some alterations to your approach that will hopefully be result-producing.

The kicker is, though, you've got to get pumped up and want this. If you're not hungry for it, chances are pretty good that you aren't going to realize any significant results. Just my opinion.

What does curves have you doing?

Your diet looks lacking to say the least. I know I'd be bored with it! I suggest throwing your food intake into .

Chances are likely that you're deficient in protein and good fats.

I believe your exercise plan is fine. My goal is a 15 minute mile, once a day. You are moving and finding the time to do it. You can always adjust later on.

Your food plan seems pretty healthy. I know that you didn't gain weight eating this food. The only thing that I would miss is a bread for breakfast and a potato for dinner. I'm Irish! :)

Soda is the most hardest thing for me to give up. I have for a week, now. I know that if I have one can, it will set me up for a binge. I have been drinking crystal light lemonade. With the heat and humidity, its been satisfying.

Hopefully this helps. :)
Best Wishes,
Carrie

thank you guys for advise. thats exactly why i am on here for motivation and tips. i agree that you have to want it or you wont accomplish anything.
curves is a 30 min circuit. 30 seconds cardio and 30 seconds of weights that are on a machine. you go around the circuit at least twice. the only thing is the cardio is up to you theres no set program. thanks again. :)
