Hey there,

I'm Tams, and I'm a University student. Since I met my husband I've gained 40 pounds, and I would like to lose it all again. That puts me in the mid healthy range for me. My goal is to reach that weight so that I am able to have a healthy pregnancy when it comes time for kids.

I can't afford a gym membership, but do have some equipment at home, and try to walk whenever I can. I am an emotional eater, and that is one of my big downfalls.

I lack motivation, and am really hoping that's something I can get from this community!

:) look forward to getting to know you all, and hopefully shed the unwanted weight at the same time.

Hi Tams! Glad to have you w/ us!!

You can loose those 40 pds! What kind of diet are you thinking about??? I can't afford a gym membership either, but I've lost 30 pds so far just excersizing at home and sticking to a 1200 cal diet. If I can do it, believe me, you can!

Thanks, I surely hope I can. Food is a hard thing for me.... usually i don't have much meal prep time, so it's a lot of quicker meals. But I've been good this week. Although I haven't been counting calories (yet) I have made healthy choices.
