hi,im on here trying, to manage my weight,i dont have a strict diet but i know that i need to start watching every morsel of food that goes in my mouth,im hoping with all the support on here that i can achieve my goal weight,we all heard of the myriad of weight loss formulas out there but its a matter of sticking with a diet plan even after a goal weight is reached,

That's the big thing. Watching everything you eat and drink for a while to figure out where easy changes can be made can be very helpful though.
