Hi Sapna and welcome to the forum.

I think that first, you need to set up a goal. Ask yourself how much kgs you want to weight.

Second, don't go for supplements, "magical" pills, and unproven extreme diets!

I can see some people here in the forum suggesting stuff they have no idea if it works or not.

Every person is different and have their unique body and metabolism.

I am a certified personal trainer and as one I would suggest you see your doctor, personal trainer, and/or dietitian.

I have also a [Link Removed] where you can find lots of useful tips that will help you drop some pound/kgs. I would recommend it because I am certain about the quality of the information. You are the one though that knows what kind of food you like or dislike, what kind of food you are resistant to, any allergies you may have, etc.

I myself have lost over 110 pounds for the past few years.

Stay motivated and determined that is the most important. Create a whole healthy lifestyle, not just a diet.

There are so many things I would recommend you. You can also DM me if you want.

Best of luck!

Hi Sapna,

I fully agree with Jony26. Each and every single individual is different. I am in school for holistic nutrtion (I am also a personal trainer) so I know that every body is different. Weight loss isn't just about food - it's a variety of things. Weight loss includes healthy eating, exercise, proper sleep and supplementation. You can't expect to only do this for a short period of time and expect results - it all takes time and consistency is key. Here to offer support because I know how tough it can be to struggle with weight loss. I myself struggled for many years. Having a solid support system is also an important aspect. You don't want to surround yourself by negative people who want to sabotage your weight loss goals (knowingly or not! LOL). Feel free to DM me for motivation and support, healthy recipes, exercises or any questions you may have about supplementation!

Best of luck to you!

Hey Sapna Sharma :D
first thing is - making decision, after that everything is easy - try to eat 3-5 times per day, be aware of importance of protein intake...and if u start to walk around the block, would be great

Hi Sapna...
In my case, i try to reduce each meal portion that i take. But i tried to take light snacks i between meals such as fruits. And drink at least 3 litres of plain water to flush out the toxins and keeps your skin supple and soft.

Hi Sapna!

hope you're well! :) I'm about a month into my journey. I've found cutting out full fat coke and using Diet coke and cutting Bread out of my diet completely it has already made a difference x

I started my journey two month's back I was 132 pound it was so embarrassing for me to go out everyone had a weird look and my friend suggested a "a journey from fat to fit" from there I started to plan my goals and I lost 32 pounds with proper workouts and diet plan.Still, now I'm not satisfied by my weight I need to move further...:)
Edgar thx, very helped to lose weight.
