My name is Luke and I recently graduated with First Class Honours in Sport and Exercise Science. I have a keen interest in helping individuals achieve their health, fitness and well-being goals, which prompted me to set up my own website . I am trying to help out as much as I can on health and exercise forums by hopefully transferring my knowledge into usable and effective advice for individuals. Clearly, I would love people to have a look at my website but I am just as happy to help through the forum, if I can! I look forward to hearing from people.
