first off, remember that Whey is just a nice way to get additional protein in your diet. a lotta people dont' even take a protein powder...they get it all from whole foods.
whey before bed isn't ideal. digests too fast. Cottage cheese would be excellent instead.
I'd avoid beer as much as possible: 1. it lowers testosterone and kills the anabolic state you're in from lifting and eating protein. 2. its empty calories, and if you're trying to lose fat, that's teh last thing you need is empty cals.
for unsaturated fats: natural peanut butter, almonds, salmon, tuna, fish oil, flax seed oil (or flax seeds, added to cereal/oatmeal), and sunflower seeds.
saturated fats aren't 'bad' exactly...rather, too MUCH saturated fat is bad. sat fat helps keep you anabolic.
