Hello! im very much looking forward to keeping up this workout & nutrition diary because ive been meaning to get my weight under control for years. and i just seem to be getting chubbier and chubbier. i just took my weight this past weekend and to my surprise from the last time i looked (probably about 2 months ago)...i had gained 8 pounds and immediately thought, "*****!!!! i have to DO something!!" ive started doing yoga this year (since end of january) and plan on saturday to start a workout routine by doing spinning and pilates. once a week for both unless i can get evaluated by a trainer. hopefully get advice from a trainer cause there are cetain areas id like to work on most. anyways thats a little introduction to my new journey. !!!! so as of may 12th 2010----26 years old-----186 pounds. (yuck!)
