Hi. My name is kasi. I am new here. I have been on a weight loss journey for many many years. I can't seem to get on the right track or do the right things. Its a daily struggle for me. The hardest part is being active and trying to eat healthy. Who doesn't crave cookies every night? Maybe its just me. Well everyday i fail my diet, but i try to start over with a better mind frame each day.
