Hi. My name is kasi. I am new here. I have been on a weight loss journey for many many years. I can't seem to get on the right track or do the right things. Its a daily struggle for me. The hardest part is being active and trying to eat healthy. Who doesn't crave cookies every night? Maybe its just me. Well everyday i fail my diet, but i try to start over with a better mind frame each day. I have been searching the internet for weight loss programs and plans and I stumbled upon this site that recommends a plan called

If so, can you really lose a good amount of weight just following the program? Thanks in advance.. have a great night

Hey Kasi, welcome to the forum! Not sure what program you are asking about, the link was removed, so I can't tell you much about it. I do know that when I started here about a month ago it was suggested that I start a diary and post my progress daily. That has been a big help to me, and I feel like I am off to a pretty good start. You will find lots of people here with years of wisdom and experience, not only losing weight but keeping it off. Find them and learn, and I am sure you can give others good advice and support.

I sure do, I can relate to that problem.

Well i read an article/blog and i saw something called 21 day fix. I was hoping someone could tell me more about it or i was hoping someone may have had good results with it. I tend to lose interest in programs. Its SOOOO hard to stay motivated :( I will start to write a diary, thats a good idea.

Hello!! Welcome! I'm still newish here as well. I wanted to clear out the fog and say forget fad diets that are stumbled upon online. Most aren't a sustainable way of living.
I would recommend starting slow to ensure you don't totally fall off.
Download myfitnesspal and start logging your food for a couple days just to get an idea of where your calories are at. From there, only focus on getting a balance of food at every meal. Have a protein, a carb, and a fat. (You can always google each if you arent sure what qualifies). As you become more active on here, we can help guide you along the wonderful journey. Cheers!
