Hello! I am pretty new to this. Tried loosing weight for the past 2 years, didn't work. Possible because I didn't have a stable support system and a persuasive boyfriend who manages to eat his body weight in food and still stay stick thin.

So yes, anyway, hello! Hopefully this will be the start of an amazing journey :)
 
Hey! I totally understand the frustration of having a partner who can eat whatever he wants and never gain a pound. My fiance complains about not being able to gain weight and I just have to roll my eyes. I gain 5 pounds just by looking at a bagel!
 
It can be tough without support. That's why places like this exist :) Everyone's metabolisms are different ... gender, genetics, muscle content ... all are factors.
 
the thing is that you dont need to stop eating - u just need to change what you eat :D
if you want to lose your weight in a healthy way, you have to eat 4-6 times a day and what is most important is what you eat in those 4-6 times
