Hi. I've decided to join this forum because while I currently am at a very healthy weight for my body, I certainly know what it's like to be overweight. Anything I can do to stay healthy... I'm all for it.

I also need to improve my fitness big time, and I hope this provides some motivation. (Stats: High weight 180lbs, currently 126. 5'7".)

I wish you all the best of luck. I would like to stress that I lost my weight in a healthy manner, so I have no secret tricks for you.
