hi, everyone! my name is Janice and i'm new to this forum...i've been searching the web for a forum like this so i can get tips, support, and encouragement, and i think this site is great i've already started a weight loss diary thread and i'm excited about getting started!
i do have some questions, though, if anyone has any advice, please let me know:
1) any good suggestions for exercises for lazy people like me? (the only exercise equipment i have is a ThighMaster and two 4 lb. dumbells)
2) what is the minimum amount of time that i should spend running per week in order for it to be effective for fat/weight loss?
3) also, i need some exercises to get rid of back fat! underneath my layers of fat, i'm somewhat toned EXCEPT on my back. any suggestions?
4) as a college student, i don't eat very healthy foods, and i hate cooking, so i need some advice as to what i can eat that is healthy but VERY easily prepared.
