Hello all!! I am a new mommy babies b-day is 3/15 and I am new to the forum. I want to loose 50 pounds by the end of the year. Right now I am working out 5-6 times per week for about 40 mins. I have tons to loose and it seems like it is going to take forever. Also I have cut out Hydrogenated oil and High Fructose Corn Syrup which has put me on a diet of sorts. I just need some ideas of how to loose steadily....
 
congrats on being a new mom. :) you say your working out 40 min. 5-6 times a week, may i ask what exactly are you doing? if you can, try upping that time to 60 minutes and it wont take nearly as long to lose the weight. you also should drink about 64 oz of water daily and watch you calories - keeping under 1500 a day. welcome to the forum! :D

You could start a diary if you'd like. We use them to keep track of calories and excersize, and also help us to keep track of you and your progress

Thanks for posting!! I am doing 20 mins treadmill 20 mins eliptical and I just worked in weight lifting today. I am not one of those people that counts calories. To me its like bondage. I am trying to drink more water etc. though. I just want to see some results.
