Hello!! I am so excited about my new healthy life style. I have been sticking to it for the last month and have lost 12 lbs. I know the rest will not come off as easy but it feels great. I am a mother of 2 (5, 2) and have been overweight for about 10 years. I had a wake up call last month when I could not fit into the swing to play with my 5 yo. I am going to get this weight off. I am eating 1200-1500 cal a day and wathcing my fat intake. I also try and eat protein with my carbs as I have dietbies in my family. This seems like a great place to be. Everyone seems very uplifting. I am glad to be here!
