Hi,
I've gained 10 lbs over the winter semester and I'm trying to lose it currently. I tried exercise 4 times a week and cutting out ALL junk but unfortunately, the scale didn't budge.:cool: So I reverted back to my good old slim fast diet and have already lost a pound in 5 days. I hope to lose 2 lbs a week. Just wanted to introduce myself and I hope to give and receive some support on this board!:)

Thank you, I think I did come to the right place, and I think that these message boards are a good asset to losing weight.:)
