I've gained 10 lbs over the winter semester and I'm trying to lose it currently. I tried exercise 4 times a week and cutting out ALL junk but unfortunately, the scale didn't budge.
So I reverted back to my good old slim fast diet and have already lost a pound in 5 days. I hope to lose 2 lbs a week.
