Hi everyone I just registered with this site. I'm wanting to lose about 90lbs and can use all the support I can get. My big issue right now is that I'm extremely tired all the time. Any tips on ways to get more energy so I can get moving would be greatly appreciated
 
going to the gym first thing in the morning is what gets me going ... and making sure i have breakfast ... i literaly feel faint when i don't eat ... oh, and welcome to the forum ;)
