Hello everyone!
I see that there is a ton of great information on this site which will be very helpful. I am 27 years old and have been been pretty much inactive the last few years.
Right now I weigh 195 lbs and stand at 6'2. Though my body type is slender I have some flab that needs to go. I recently went on a cruise and found that it REALLY needs to go. I have recently began to get build my cardio up by running several times a week and body resistance exercises (i.e. push-ups/sit-ups). I also find it useful to get involved in team sports, such as basketball and volleyball. I find that I get a decent workout and make new friends at the same time.
My plan is to lose the flab and tone-up but to gain size (205 lbs).
The ball is in my court because at work we have a good gym and I'm allowed to workout the last hour of my shift. I will not fail.
