Hi folks!.
I'm new to this board, but not new to fitness. I did a lot of lifting in high school and college. It's been on again and off again for me since entering the workforce about seven years ago. I've reached my heaviest point and I'm looking to turn a new leaf, as well as to gain some motivation to make things stick this time around. Looking to get to know folks, as well as to learn a heck of a lot more about cardio and lifting in general. Glad to be here.
