Newbie

Hi, I am new to this forum. I am 39 M. I am 6'2" and weigh approx. 208 lbs. While I do not like to focus on a number I think I should be between 185-190. I get to the gym on a regular basis first thing in the morning (typically at least 6 days/week). I have always had a weaker upper body; however, I have been working with a trainer 2x/week to improve this (and it has been working). I have excellent cardio endurance.

I look forward to seeing what useful information I can provided and receive from this site.
 
i just lift heavy and do 8 to 10 reps per set .keep it simple like monday chest and biceps.tue back and triceps .........wed shoulders legs ...thurs cardio...fri abs and cardio ...sat and sun rest .works for me mate a treat

well mate that routein works very well for me me so you get real.........i have been lifting for 6 months now and had great results so say what you want you clown

erm....tank - who exactly was that directed at? From what I can see, nobody said anything to you (unless posts have been deleted!)

If you were speaking to abear, all he said was 'welcome' - the rest is his signature and was not directed at anybody specific!!
