Hi, I am new to this forum. I am 39 M. I am 6'2" and weigh approx. 208 lbs. While I do not like to focus on a number I think I should be between 185-190. I get to the gym on a regular basis first thing in the morning (typically at least 6 days/week). I have always had a weaker upper body; however, I have been working with a trainer 2x/week to improve this (and it has been working). I have excellent cardio endurance.
