Hello everyone at World fitness! I have been working out for 3 weeks and have lost 11 pounds. My plan this time around for working out, because I get so bored with it is to try something different each week or just to variate what I do throughout the week. I have been trying my best to eat right, but for some reason those sweets call my name. Well here are my current stats:
