i was wondering if someone could help me with diet and fitness. ive just got myself a tredmill and one of them vibrating plates *power maxx*
im 5' 4 inches and 105 kgs *put kgs cause pounds sound so many* lol
i think my body mass is 27+ but not certain.
do i put what im looking for here....or is there another place to go??
