Hey everybody...Just wanted to introduce myself..My name is Linda and I am 22 years old and I am newly single so I have decided to start working out to try to feel better about myself...I am 5'5 and weigh about 155 lbs. and I would like to lose about 20 lbs. and am looking forward to having the support of the people on this site. I have two children and my stomach is very out of shape since having them so that is my biggest place I need work on. I go to college and work full time so its going to be interesting trying to find time to work out. I am getting a gym membership for the first time in my life so that should help out b/c I dont get much exercise since I had my kids.
