Just surfed right into this web site and like what I see. A little about me, and hopefully this will change, I am 5'8", 165lbs and I have a gut that I really want to change. Now, my gut isn't huge just enough to where if I squeze the front or sides it turns into a roll. I do drink, use to be a lot of beer but I am going to switch to a liqour instead to get rid of all the carbs. How does Vodka and Orange juice fair? I am 21 so I am obviously in the partying stage. Now, onto the things I really dont understand. I am in the Army and we run 4 times a week on average between 2-4 miles a day and we walk 4 miles 1 day with on average a 35lbs pack. Wouldnt you think with all of that my gut issue shouldnt be an issue? Any help and info would be great.
