newbie

hey everyone, i just registered so i thought i'd introduce myself. i'm 18, 115 lbs and 5'5". i work out at least 6 hours per week, and i've recently started eating healthy. i just want to stay fit for the rest of my life, people like my boyfriends parents are an inspiration becuase they are in there 50's and doing triathalons and stuff.
