Hi I have decided to join this forum because I am interested in the Health and Fitness and Weight Loss Niche, mainly because I have struggled with the over weight problem all my life. I have managed to lose 50 lbs from dieting four times in my life, the first time was very easy, the next time not so easy and so it became harder to lose weight each successive time, and now I am back again to struggling to get my weight under control and am finding it extremely difficult to do so. So will be interested in hearing what anyone here has to say on the subject.http://weight-loss.fitness.com/images/smilies/blush5.gif

hey Peckerpec,

omg i just lost my long reply to your post>> -_- lol its alright.

in essence all i said was good on you for proactively trying to lose weight and being persistent too!

You're right it gets harder to lose weight as time progresses, because i think the natural ageing process of the body slows down and our body isnt so "flexible" as it once was. At least, i think so. It's especially hard if you have been/ i have been overweight for the majority of my life.

All the best and keep being determined to reach your goal! Good luck!

I suggest first having the right mind-set whenever you have a negative thought about your weight replace that thought with a positive thought keep on doing that with the correct mindset until you have formed a habit.

if you have had weight loss success with dieting before then you know whatever you were doing before worked 4 times. take a look at your current lifestyle what are you eating how are you exercising make a list compare what works and what doesn't then maintain it.
