Working out is only half of the equation. Your diet has to be solid to get results. Search the forum for diet suggestions also. All the info you need is on this forum.
Multiply your body weight by 17 which will be your daily caloric burn total, then add 500 calories to that number. Give your body a week to two weeks of rest for each body part, and flood your body with nutrient rich foods; avoid anything proscesed which will only slow your progress.
the key is to get good information...stuff that is tested...not just hearsay...
aside from that the only thing you need is the "fire" to keep going and persist. the minute you loose that fire....game over.
