I just joined this forum. I am a member of some other forums that have helped me get through things and for some reason I never thought about joining one to help my biggest battle with weight loss.

I am 22 and married with no children. I have lived in Idaho my whole life.

I would really like to lose 35 to 40 lbs. I currently weigh 185 and am 5'8". I would love to have children but would like to be to what I feel is my ideal weight of 150. 2 summers ago I weighed between 145 and 150 and I felt really good. I wasn't skinny or anything but had tons of energy and didn't mind looking at myself in the mirror. My weight gain has effected so many areas of my life. I refuse to get naked infront of my husband and refuse to buy a full length mirror. Ontop of that I would love a baby but refuse to get pregnant and put on more lbs. I have never really been a small girl but know that the more I weigh the harder it is for me or anyone else to be around me I am just not a happy person. I try, but I can't forget the whole weight thing.

Anyway, just thought I would drop a line and introduce myself and explain a little on why I joined the forum.

Welcome!! there's lots of graet people around to help you out. There's a dialry section if you want to start one. I too have trouble looking at myself. I use to be so thin, but after 3 kids, it's just not so.
