hi everyone, im new here and im seeking advice!! basically, im 15 and nearly 5'3 and i weigh around 116 lbs. i feel that i am too overweight --or my body is not in proportion at least. i do not really want people telling me that i dont need to lose weight or any of that, because my goal is to lose at least 15 pounds -hopefully in a month or two. i am a vegetarian and a dancer, so i am very muscular but i still feel that the weight has a lot to do with body fat. if anyone has suggestions --other than medicines or surgery-- on how to lose this weight relatively quickly but still be healthy. thanks a lot, dancie
