Hi all im T, this is my first attempt at losing weight as ive been fairly within a healthy weight range until the past 12 months where ive got 3 extra stone on me that hasnt shifted. I gained this weight through pregnancy complications meaning i was on steroids for 7 months and now in stuck with the side effects. I have had a relationship break down due to previous partner explaining my weight is the issue of why he talks to other females and is looking at them due to me being so obese in my words as his were alot more unfriendly. My confidence is at a all time low and when i waske in the morning it will be me starting my journey gaining my confidence back. At present im 219lbs in weight, size 16 5ft 6 and would be overwhelmed to get back to my size 12 and lose 3 stone but im more focused on getting my size back than my weight. I have no clue what i am doing but will be tryong hard and have planned 2 boiled eggs with brown toast for breakfast followed by fruit for a snack before lunch. I hope i havent bored you all with my essay and wondered if anybody would like to share there goals with me possibly with any tips. Thanks in advance xxxxxx

Welcome T,
I'm so sorry that someone said that to you, how awful and shallow... You are worth so much more than that.
Goodluck on your journey, toast, fruit and eggs sound like very well balanced meals! Its a good idea to keep track of your micro nutrients and especially calories, try writing them down or if you need help calculating use an app like myfitnesspal. Remember to start small, proportion is the key as well as moderate exercise! I hope this community can be a confidence booster for you and that you end this journey a much healthier and happier you!

That sounds awful. You don't deserve to be in a relationship with a person that can do that to you, so good for you for breaking the tie on things before they got worse. And good luck with your weight loss journey! You will do great.

I'm new to this forum. What he did to you is so cruel, lucky I am I haven't experienced that but I believed when I don't resort to strict dieting, it is not impossible that I will be in such situation too. However, no matter what make this as your motivation to achieve your goal and be who you want to be.

Hi T, I was sad to read your story. I'm sorry that you've had such a difficult time recently. I can relate to your story too. I have had to go on steroids and hormones for fertility issues and man does that stuff help you pile on the pounds. Btw, I'm a newbie on here too. Welcome.
