newbie needs some help

ok so i just got a new homegym for christmas. i want to get in the best shape of my life. I have a good amount of muscle. I am about 6 feet tall i am 14 years old, and i weigh about 200 lbs. I am in taekwondo and am looking to play football for my highschool next year(10th grade year). i dont know if i will be able too. i just want to get rid of this fat and get in good shape. what is a good routine i coud use with this homegym? well it is similar to this one. i am going to mix in a cardio routine. and als my skateboarding will help out w cardio.
 
Well, looking at the 1st thing on the list of what the machine includes says: upper and lower body workout. why dont you start there? you should research on this site about upper and lower body workouts. there is loads of info on this site that will answer many of your questions.

You might not want to put this in the body weight training section..lol.
