I'm a female, 29 years old from Singapore and currently my weight is 43KG.
i was told by my Trainer that i have more body fats than Muscle mass.
i bought amplified gold 100% Whey Protein Advanced for the purpose to gain muscle mass.
i would like to know severals things with regards to this
1. How regular must i intake the protein shake?
2. Should i drink it before or after my workout?
3. What about during the days i'm not working out should i still drink it?
4. Will i gain more weight with those protein ?
