Hi, I'm new on the block. I'm 17, and looking to get into shape. I think that's it for now.
I don't go to a training center, there isn't one in my area, so I'm pretty much reduced to my handweights at home. I'm no way near being a professional body builder, probably the farthest you could come frome it, i'm more of a geek in terms of size. But I hope I've come to the right place anyhow, to learn how to bulk up in the right places?
