Hey everyone! My name is Jessica and I'm 20 years old. I'm 5'2.5 (5'3")...haha. I am currently 202. I've already lost 5 pounds without changing anything except discontinuing medication. I started taking medicine a year or so ago and gained a lot from it. I used to weigh 117, and I got up to 207.

Tomorrow begins a new day. I'm quitting smoking and drinking. Im going to drink only water and herbal tea. Make healthier eating choices and be more active. :)

You have made a wise decision. Based on your weight you should drink about 100 oz of water a day and walk 45 minutes a day. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats. I know you didn't ask but I speak from success.
