Hi all ,
A newbie here so thought id say hello! lol, im 229lb(103KG) and id REALLY like to get down to about 165lb(75kg) im 5'11", 6 on a good day!
hmmm id like to do the 1200 calorie diet as from what ive read, it gives good results
im still unsure on what kind of exercises though, ive got some billy blanks tae bo workouts here, think these will be any good? can any of you reccomend any others?,
Ive promised myself if I get down to 90kg ill join the gym,so thats my first goal!
I know, I know I should join the gym at the start!, but at the minute I cant really afford it due to being off work, and well to be honest id like to be a bit smaller before I do join
