Hi all :D ,
A newbie here so thought id say hello! lol, im 229lb(103KG) and id REALLY like to get down to about 165lb(75kg) im 5'11", 6 on a good day!
hmmm id like to do the 1200 calorie diet as from what ive read, it gives good results
im still unsure on what kind of exercises though, ive got some billy blanks tae bo workouts here, think these will be any good? can any of you reccomend any others?:),
Ive promised myself if I get down to 90kg ill join the gym,so thats my first goal!
I know, I know I should join the gym at the start!, but at the minute I cant really afford it due to being off work, and well to be honest id like to be a bit smaller before I do join

Totally cool :) I started at 230 lbs and am down at 174lbs now.. so you can do it too :)

Welcome to the forum! Tae bo is a great workout! (If you actually put the tape in and turn it on, which was always my problem with it! Lol! ;) ) I've also been told that the Biggest Loser dvd is really good because it gives an option of different workouts and some are fairly short for when you don't have much time. Good luck! :D

Hey there. Welcome! I am new here to. I like billy blanks workouts. I actually lost weight doing tae bo years ago, but I stop and the weight came back. It worked for me so it might work for you. I also heard Denise Austin or Pilates is good.

Good luck with your weight loss and drink lots of water :D
