My paramount goals include GAINING muscle and LOSING body fat. I'm 6'2" at 160 lbs. I don't have much muscle, and I have stomach flab and flat pecs. I'm vegan and I eat pretty healthy (I virtually eat no junk food, just lack some nutrition [I get my protein though]). When I weight train, I use dumbbells (10-25 lbs) and body-weight exercises I've been working out for about 3 weeks using this plan:
Monday: 1 hour chest-arms-back weight training
Tuesday: 30 minute hill sprints
Wednesday: 1 hour ab workout
Thursday: 30 minute jump-roping
Friday: 1 hour leg-thigh-calf workout
Saturday: 30 minute run
Sunday: Rest
I REALLLLLLLLLLYYYY want to look sexy and be confident when I go to the beach and take my shirt off in the locker room and stuff you know? So I'm gonna discipline myself and ensure that I don't get distracted from my goals. I want this so badly for myself. If anyone can give me tips, I would love that
