Newbie here :) Can you guys check out my workout plan? Thx :D

My paramount goals include GAINING muscle and LOSING body fat. I'm 6'2" at 160 lbs. I don't have much muscle, and I have stomach flab and flat pecs. I'm vegan and I eat pretty healthy (I virtually eat no junk food, just lack some nutrition [I get my protein though]). When I weight train, I use dumbbells (10-25 lbs) and body-weight exercises I've been working out for about 3 weeks using this plan:

Monday: 1 hour chest-arms-back weight training
Tuesday: 30 minute hill sprints
Wednesday: 1 hour ab workout
Thursday: 30 minute jump-roping
Friday: 1 hour leg-thigh-calf workout
Saturday: 30 minute run
Sunday: Rest

I REALLLLLLLLLLYYYY want to look sexy and be confident when I go to the beach and take my shirt off in the locker room and stuff you know? :) So I'm gonna discipline myself and ensure that I don't get distracted from my goals. I want this so badly for myself. If anyone can give me tips, I would love that :)

if your looking to put on muscle you might want to work your upper body more than once a week, and whats your routine for abs because a full hour is bit much for one muscle i think
 
Nothing for delts? Hamstrings? By thigh do you mean quads? Better start lifting heavier and ax the ab day. All compound moves will strengthen your core.

you should look to perform cario about 4 times per wek and only work out 3 times a week doing compound exercises so you have a full body workout everytime.

More specific breakdown? What specific exercises are you doing? I would split upper body (push pull), and lift and cardio on the same day. You don't need an entire day specifically for abs .. When are you doing shoulders?
