I've been reading postings on this forum for about a week now and I thought I'd join to seek advice and to have people to chat with regarding fitness. I can see how some of you advise and cheer each other on.
Well, a little about me. I'm 26 and I am from Canada. I've never really been that active regarding fitness until the past year. My goal is just to improve my overall health and appearance, just like everyone. I'm not looking to get 'ripped' or lose weight; I just want that naturally fit look. I'm not a very big guy; I'm 5'8'', about 150 lbs., and proportional, meaning I don't look stocky or a rack of bones. I feel that I have done a fairly good job in the past month weight training, but I'm sure you guys could give me some extra advice. So I'm looking forward to chatting.
