Newbie from asia

Hi guys, I am a new member here. I registered last week but first time today to log in to the forums. I am from Asia and hope it's not a problem that I join you guys here. I've been working out for more than a year now and I do it at home with variety of dvd workouts. I am enjoying my workout everyday and just recently I do kick boxing. But I am working hard on my tummy, I find it hard to get it flat. Hope I will learn more and more knowledge in fitness from this forum and looking forward to make good friends and buddies from the fitness world. I still need a lot of motivation and support to continue my journey. My goal......sexy abs!! I need your experts to help me reach my goal. Thanks admin for my admission to join this forum.
 
We don't do prejudice here, so all are welcome. You aren't the only Asian contingent and considering the sheer size and diversity of Asia it would be silly to try excluding you.

Flat abs, had those, built them larger so they now stick out but still show, that's the cost of functional fitness.
Irony on abs, to see them it is a mix of fat loss training and exercise, they could be great but behind a veneer of fat they are invisible. Making them stronger and more aesthetic involves core rather than pure ab work, so plank and posture work is far better than any amount of crunches.
Getting abs is best as part of an all over body program, and that is the fastest most effective way.
