Hello...
I've come to realize that if I give myself a weight loss goal or pounds to lose I set myself up for failure, so my goal is to just be an overall healthier person, weight loss is just a by product.. I love to workout from home, now I'm doing T25 which a workout by Shaun T.. My workout are filled with alot of curse words..Lol
