Joining the forum here hopefully as a way to get myself motivated. I've always struggled with my weight a little but I do have a frame that can carry a good bit of muslce. I destroyed my knee 2 years ago and just now getting back in the mood to be active again. I was 240 with 23% bf at the time I injured myself, since surgery I starting at 270 with much higher body fat % somewhere in the neighborhood of 34%.
Hopefully this will be the start of something good!
