new

Well I made the leap.I joined a gym.I already have a treadmill at home I started using and Ive been doing really good.

The help I need here may not be possible but I will ask anyway.

With my work hours I really only have about 30-35 minutes a day at the gym.
I want to work upper body one day and lower body the next.
The problem here may not be simple but thats what I need..I looked everywhere on line but came up empty.

Im especially wanting to work my biceps and my pectoral regions.

Any help would be appreciated.
