Hi, I am new to here. Been looking for a place like this where I can find people to help motivate me. In the last year I have gained 17lbs that I would like to lose and atleast 5 more to that. I use to go to the gym for hours everyday and be very active. I guess I jus't got kinda lazy and stopped my routine and it is hard to get back into it, or stick to my "healthy eating" plan. I did lose 3lbs first week of my plan, but got discouraged and gained them back :(

Hi Trixie, glad to have you. This is a great site with great people, and they all have alot of knowledge and support to offer, so I'm sure you will find what you're looking for. Just remember, any accomplishment(even 1/10 of a pound) is a step towards your goal. Good luck!
