I'm 20 (soon to be 21). I've gained about 30 pounds since I graduated Highschool and got married. My husband used to be away a lot (military) and I kind of counted on food. But I am ready to work hard to get back my previous body! I've have been riding my bike 2-4 miles a day and jogging as well.
