keep us posted. I'm always looking for new ideas, and while i'm more of a 'get your ass to the gym' kinda person, I do think many of the 'video systems' out there have merit, especially for specific people's needs or time constraints.
I have a few, I had to write them down for my PT and stuff but basically do longer distances in running, once I've gotten the distance then it's the times. Complete my Cert IV in fitness and when I do that, I've been promised a little bit of work by my PT for boot camp so yeah
deadlift up to 315...but it has dropped down from cutting.
I am at like 11-12% right now. Got like an outline of a 4 pack going. I have been going at my goal pretty strong so far with the exception of the last week.
