New Years Resolutions 2010!

Mine is to stick to my workout program more routinely and make extra time to do the workout when I "think" there is no time.

I think my resolution is to be less needy this year and to feel free/good/happy about myself and my situation knowing that any time is a good time.
 
I'm going to treat the environment better, and myself better. I'm my own worst enemy most of the time...but no more!
 
I started P90X 1/1/2010 and my goal is to finish the whole 90 days following the diet and looking for some great results.

keep us posted. I'm always looking for new ideas, and while i'm more of a 'get your ass to the gym' kinda person, I do think many of the 'video systems' out there have merit, especially for specific people's needs or time constraints.
 
I have a few, I had to write them down for my PT and stuff but basically do longer distances in running, once I've gotten the distance then it's the times. Complete my Cert IV in fitness and when I do that, I've been promised a little bit of work by my PT for boot camp so yeah :)
 
deadlift up to 315...but it has dropped down from cutting.

I am at like 11-12% right now. Got like an outline of a 4 pack going. I have been going at my goal pretty strong so far with the exception of the last week.
 
i want to be more disciplined and more focussed in bodybuilding
