So after reading and joining the birthday challenge. I decided for myself that after my birthday challenge I would do a New Years Challenge. As of now I weigh 140lbs id love to be around 110-115lbs. But seeing as my birthday is 9/19 I know there is no way to lose 30-35lbs in just 4 short wks. Here is the New Years Challenge Form if anyone wants to do it also. It's the same form as the birthday challenge.
